DURATION
The duration of the session depends on the purchase made, normally 1 hour, although there are sessions of different lengths.
EASY PILOTING
Even if you have no prior knowledge, with a few brief instructions you will be able to take off and fly alone. In the case of the B737 simulator, the instructor will accompany you in the first officer's seat and the person flying in the captain's seat.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
No prior experience is required.
EXPIRY
Gift vouchers expire 6 months from the corresponding invoice date.

No prior experience is required in any of the simulators, although there are special sessions that do require certain knowledge.

The session time includes the time dedicated to these explanations. This time counts as accumulated flight experience to obtain better prices on subsequent flights.

It depends on the simulator, but in general the minimum age is 10 years old (either due to the ability to fly or to have a certain height to access the controls).

CANCELLATION / CHANGE POLICY

Changes to already scheduled sessions can only be made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Otherwise, the session is lost, with no right to a refund of the amount paid. In case of arriving late to an already scheduled session, the delay time is not recoverable.

In case of technical problems that prevent the continuity of the flight, Aeroteca will compensate the user with another complete session of the same characteristics on another agreed day and time. If the user interrupts the flight session, the lost time cannot be recovered.
